We examined flexibility in uncertain times.

We touched on the following:

  1. Defining psychological flexibility in uncertain times
  2. Emotional agility
  3. Techniques to unhook from our negative stories

We considered psychological flexibility as a form of managing our stress in uncertain times so that we can adapt to change more easily. We explored Dr Susan David’s definition of emotional agility, touched on the types of negative stories we carry around with us during Covid-19, and then looked at techniques to help us unhook from these negative stories for lasting psychological health.
