INTRO:

We explore how best to make good decisions in a time of bad circumstance, focusing on the key question related to decision making: where do you ultimately want to get to? Do you listen to the voice of comfort (the voice of emotional addiction)? Or do you make decisions that lead to strength and flourishing?

We touch on the following:

  1. That it’s estimated we make between 25 000 and 35 000 decisions a day
  2. How daily decisions are driven by emotions
  3. How to use our emotions to make this a time of wellbeing
  4. Good decision making means overcoming ourselves

We gave useful ways in which to introduce intentional living so that we can flourish and make better decisions.
