We touched on the following:

  2. 3 experiments that reveal the link between the mind and physical health
  3. What we can do to maintain our immune systems’ health

We examined the study of the interaction between psychological processes and the nervous and immune systems of the human body, before chatting to Gauteng-based Nokukhanya Khanyile who highlighted the effects of stress hormones, particularly cortisol, on the immune system, and how this is closely linked to our health and our healing process. She went on to give a series of tips on how to look after our immune systems.
