We touched on the following:

We re-examined the focus of the Three Good Things technique by moving the focus to why these things are able to happen in our lives, so that we reframe our world and build optimism. We talked to Alwyn Uys whose world turned upside down at the age of twenty four in a car accident. He shared with us his tips on how he dealt mentally and emotionally with drastic change, and how he chooses optimism; that it’s an ‘every-second-of-the-day decision’.
